Chloe Hulse
Psychologist and Director
Chloe is a registered psychologist with experience working in out of home care settings with adolescents and families, as well as in crisis settings working with complex trauma. Chloe has a special interest in working with neurodivergent clients, particularly children, teenagers and young adults. Chloe has experience working with autistic individuals, ADHDers, those experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD and a variety of other presentations.
Chloe takes a person-centred, neurodiversity affirming and trauma informed approach to therapy. Neurodiversity Affirming therapy aims to affirm the different neurotype of a neurodivergent person. Therapy aims to help the person explore their neurodivergent identity and find and utilise their own strengths. Chloe offers a safe and supportive therapy environment for neurodivergent individuals.
When working with clients Chloe tailors her approach to each client, usually working from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) frameworks.
